Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Dude Mood, we want you to be happy with your purchase. All refunds are processed through Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. If you're not satisfied, reach out and we'll do our best to make it right.

2. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products (fonts, templates, graphic assets, e-books), we generally do not offer refunds once the product has been downloaded or delivered to your email, as these products cannot be "returned."

However, we will consider refund requests in the following cases:

  • The product is significantly different from its description
  • The product file is corrupted or unusable
  • You were charged incorrectly (duplicate charge, wrong amount)
  • You request a refund within 14 days of purchase and have not downloaded the product

3. Physical Products

For physical products (shirts, posters, stickers), we accept returns within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • The wrong item was sent
  • The item does not match the product description

Items must be unused and in their original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us through our website or reply to your order confirmation email
  2. Include your order number and the reason for the refund request
  3. For physical products, include photos of the issue if applicable

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it has been processed or shipped. For digital products, cancellation is only possible before the download link has been sent. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
